SR10 highlights its 4th Generation Haswell Core i7 Fanless System with optional easy accessible with SSD storage tray, rugged XR-DIMM RAM, rich I/O with 4 USB 3.0, 1 Com Port (optional with 4 Com Ports), 2 LANs (optional with 4 LANs) and 3 Video outputs. Besides variety outputs, STACKRACK has design an unique Wipe Rope Vibration Isolator for better vibration and shock resistance.

MIL-STD-810G Certified

MIL-STD-810 standard is a Military Standard established by United States Department of Defense (DoD) considered the utmost principle for military ruggedness request. It provides a series of testing procedures for resistance to water proof, shock, vibration, dust, humidity, and extreme temperatures and SR10 is designed to comply to the series of tests concerning on sustainable in such harsh environment. Below are the standard's criteria that SR10 has pass:

• [ Method 501.5 ] - High Temperature

This test is to certify that SR10 can perform flawlessly to as high as 75℃.

• [ Method 502.5 ] - Low Temperature

This test is to certify that SR10 can perform flawlessly to as low as -40℃.

• [ Method 503.5 ] - Temperature Shock

This test is to ensure that SR10 can thrive even in extreme temperature range.(-40~85℃)

• [ Method 514.6, Procedure I ( Category 20 & 24 ) ] - Vibration

• This test is to ensure that SR10 can perform even when it encounters severe and long-term vibration. SR10 can withstand vibration up to 10Grms (X, Y & Z Axis).

• [ Method 516.6, Procedure I ] - Mechanical Shock

• Mechanical shock test is another pledge to SR10's reliable structure. It's conducted to ensure that equipment can withstand drops encountered during handling, transportation, and normal use. SR10 can withstand mechanical shock up to 75Grms

Unique Wire Rope Vibration Isolator Design for Higher Vibration Resistance

STACKRACK has especially design a Wire Rope Vibration Isolator for SR10. The Wire Rope Vibration Isolator may sustain higher vibration resistance of the product itself.

A Wire Rope Vibration Isolator is widely apply on supporting Military equipment because it may absorb and protect the object from vibration damage in any axes simultaneously, with the protection it may extended the product life operating under long hour vibration environment and vibration shock. The isolator is long life maintenance free tool and it may unload whenever required. Besides, Wipe Rope Vibration Isolators may survive under extreme temperature, corrosion, radioactivity, extreme dry or high humidity and UV Radiation environment.
