STACKRACK SKY12-P04 rugged mission panel displays which are featuring LCD super brightness up to 1000 nits and night vision (NVIS) under 1.7 nits, optical bonding of resistive touch screens, EMI filtering / EMI mesh shielding, anti-reflection/anti-glare (AR/AG) coatings, 4 function keys, the rugged panel displays also designed with IP-65 waterproof and dust proof all-aluminum housings, support extended operating temperature range from -10°C to 70°C and flexibly support extended DC power input range from 18V to 36V.

Super Brightness 1000 nits & Night Vision under 1.7 nits
STACKRACK SKY12-P04 ruggedized mission displays equipped dual LED backlight control systems can support sunlight readable high bright and exceptional low nits readable with night vision goggles. By switch the hardware key the operator can select standard mode or night vision mode in case of misuse and damage night vision optical devices.
When system at standard mode, the operator can adjust brightness remotely by software or locally by hardware key to turn it to brighter or darker, but once the operator switch it to night vision mode, the display brightness down to default 1.7 nits or other customized night vision mode immediately, the brightness adjustment key functionality locked automatically, and the display gets ready at low brightness right away once its trigger and protect the usage of night vision devices at once.
Anti-Scratch GFG (Glass Film Glass) Touch Screen
GFG touch screens are operable with fingers, pens and gloves. The glass surface makes the glass-film-glass
sensor very durable and scratch resistant. The same applies to aggressive fluids like blood, alkalis and acids.
This makes the GFG perfectly usable for rough military battlefield surroundings. Rough and dusty surroundings are no barriers for the GFG touch screen sensor. Dust and other hard particles can damage a plastic surface but the hard glass of the GFG is mostly resistant against scratches and even against flying sparks during welding operations.
MIL-STD 810G, MIL-STD 461F and Full IP65 level protection
SKY12-P04 as a military rugged display has the following compliance of MIL-STD-810 standard for shocks, vibration, humidity, high / low temperature and temperature shock; and MIL-STD-461 standard for EMI and EMC, for size, weight, and power.
MIL-STD-810 standard is a Military Standard established by United States Department of Defense considered the utmost principle for military ruggedness request. It provides a series of testing procedures for resistance to water proof, shock, vibration, dust, humidity, and extreme temperatures and Sky12-P04 is designed to comply to the series of tests concerning on sustainable in such harsh environment.
Since SKY12-P04 is designed and tested to be used in Military applications requiring, STACKRACK's mechanical design not only provides enhanced shock and vibration resistance for optimum operability in harsh military conditions, the ability for configure with EMI mesh is also essential. MIL-STD-461 is a requirement for the control of electromagnetic interference characteristics of subsystems and equipment. The power solution of SKY12-P04 input EMI filter that enables compliance with MIL-STD-461 for applications requiring MIL-STD-461 certification.
STACKRACK offers rugged display which sealed to the IP65 level for water and dust protection. SKY12-P04 is designed to ensure complete harsh environment protection, ideal for wet and dusty conditions. Wide voltage power input design from 18V-36V can protect the system from damages caused by sudden surge of voltage, so secure further reliability of its critical components. The SKY12-P04 display is a complete operating condition over an input voltage range of 18V to 36V. It have load dump and transient protected power input, allowing direct connection to external power.

Sky12-X1 adopts optical bonding with protective glass (GFG), it can offer surface light reflection and panel reflection losses lower than 3% which enhance its readability where installed in high humidity outdoor environments.
Monitor usually challenges in extended temperature operation, Sky12-P06 especially implements heater in the system that allow Sky12-P06 can operate smoothly under temperature-20 degree for critical environment application.
