Introduction
CPT10M, a MIL-STD-810G rugged system driven by Intel®5th generation Broadwell CPU soldering onboard with rugged XR-DIMM RAM. Possessing rich I/O with 2 x USB3.0, 2 x USB2.0, 4 x COM Port, 2 x Display Port Video outputs, and 4 x LAN ports with 2 by M12 connectors, our CPT10M is suitable for multiple devices connection. The system contains 2 x 2.5" SSD/ HDD Tray, with max capacity SATAIII 2TB of HDD and 512GB of SSD, allowing mass data storage; moreover, 2 x SMA connectors are included for usage of 3G, WIFI, or GPS. CPT10M is able to operate through extended temperature from -40°C up to 70°C with its rugged design passing MIL-STD-810G and EN50155 compliance, enable system utilization in embedded computing, process control, intelligent automation and manufacturing applications, railway surveillance, passenger information system, driver machine interface, train management and application.

MIL-STD-810G standard
CPT10M is designed to meet MIL-STD-810G standard for extended temperature, shock, vibration, humidity and EMI/EMC condition. MIL-STD-810G standard is considered the upmost principle, which guarantees the system achieves superior quality and stability when operate under extreme harsh environment. We have conducted the test with series of testing procedures for resistance to shock, vibration, dust, humidity, and extreme temperatures. Furthermore, CPT10M designed with key components- CPU soldering on board to enhance the capability of shock and vibration.
EN50155 Compliance
EN50155 is an international standard covering electronic equipment used on rolling stock for railway applications. The standard covers aspects of this electronic equipment, including temperature, humidity, shock, vibration, and other parameters. CPT10M is compliant with the essential sections of EN50155.
Removable SSD/HDD Tray
CPT10M is designed to fulfill demands of different application. In order to have more flexibility and be more user-friendly, the system equipped 2 removable SSD/HDD trays. For applications which require possible removing of data storage, such as train event recorder, CPT10M is an ideal solution.
Rugged Connectors M12 Type
Robust and reliable M12 connectors are applied on CPT10M, which provide maximum stability and protection. M12 connectors can seal the connector area securely and prevent cable-losing problem to ensure efficient operation even under the most severe conditions. To stand out from the harshest environment, unoccupied plug-in connections must be protected or closed. The screw plugs, sealing caps and closing caps made of plastic or metal are suitable for this purpose.
Wide voltage power input 9V~36V
To withstand under any kinds of application challenges, system with wide range designed brings maximum reliability and stability. Wide voltage power input design (9V~36V) can protect the system from damages caused by sudden surge of voltage, thus further secure the reliability of its critical components and the system itself.

The CPT10M offers highly effectively heat conductive and heat convective thermal solutions to meet the demands of customers' extended temperature requirements. The heat conductive solutions uses an aluminum flat mass to place in direct contact with the processor and chipset, the heat from chips then transfers it to the case of the system. In addition, the convective thermal solutions introduce airflow directed to move across the surface of a fin style heatsink placed on top of the processor and chipset. This can be done with the aid of an appropriately sized fan placed in top of the fin style heatsink. Alternately, enclosure airflow can be routed to flow across a fin style heatsink.

STACKRACK provides real lab testing figures to show how CPU performance is with each tailor made thermal kits as important references and design guide for system engineers. For system integration, the crucial challenge is the operation performance under high temperature, thus STACKRACK conducts long time experiments to make sure the superior testing result for all critical missions. By revealing temperature at processor T junction, processor die and heat sink, STACKRACK is able to analyses the thermal solution we designed achieves maximum efficacy and observe CPU performance. The high temperature testing takes 12.5 hours which at each temperature point we burn in CPT10M for two hours, from 40°C to 70°C.

To meet customer's extended temperature requirements, CPT10M is equipped with three sides of special fin-designed aluminum heat sink, directly contact with the motherboard for high efficient heat conduction. Adopting the physical property of aluminum, plus large surface of extraordinary design of chassis, the heat sinks are able to dissipate the heat into surrounding air promptly not only from the top but also from dual sides of the system. With the benefits of fanless design, CPT10M can ensure high reliability and stability while working under wide range temperature from -40°C to 70°C.
Patent Designed Aluminum Heat Sink
The heat sink is made by heat radiating material, which is aim to lowering the temperature by dissipating heat into the surrounding air.
M12 Rugged Military Grade Connectors
CPT10M provides 2 x LAN ports and DC-IN with rugged M12 connectors.
- M12 connectors highlight on robust joint, compact size and reliability. Screw lock mechanism pushes security and reliability to the extreme.
- Field-Wireable M12 connectors boast its convenience in reduction in wiring time. No extra tools are required for extra secure connection.
Aluminum heat sink
Dual sided aluminum heat sink transfer heat from copper heat pipe and dissipate rapidly to surrounding air.
